1. Do not continue to this stage until you have heard from us and we have told you to continue...
2. Form 1B can only be submitted within 6 months of Sar-El participation.
3. Form 1B must be submitted online, we will not process physical paperwork.

Medical Certificates are only valid within 6 months of Sar-El participation.

3. Sar-El Program Health Insurance

Fill out this form and take a screenshot after you have clicked "Send Form" - we need to see that your form has been submitted. The screenshot (or an email receipt) is what you need to upload in Application Form 1B.

4. Israel Visa-ETA•IL

As of August 2024, all travelers to Israel must have a valid visa or ETA-IL approval before starting their journey. NOTE: When asked, the main purpose of your visit, choose "Visit (Tourism)".
